Exeter based IT support provider Timewade has helped print, document and IT services company Concorde complete a complex Microsoft 365 migration during a period of corporate restructuring.
Based in Clyst Honiton near Exeter, Concorde has been a trusted name across the South West since 1989, supporting organisations throughout Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset and beyond. The restructuring meant the company needed to move to a fully standalone IT environment, and Timewade was brought in to plan and deliver the migration.
The project saw the company’s domain moved into a brand new Microsoft 365 tenant, delivered with minimal disruption and a cloud first approach built around modern security and management standards.

Security was a central part of the work. Timewade implemented a range of Microsoft security controls including Conditional Access policies, Data Loss Prevention, security baselines and full device management through Microsoft Intune. Following the deployment, the firm’s Microsoft Secure Score rose to 83%, a significant improvement in its overall security posture.
To support the transition, all user devices were removed from the sister company’s domain controller. Windows Autopilot streamlined the rebuilding and onboarding of machines, reducing downtime and making the changeover smoother for the people using them day to day.
At the same time, Timewade moved the remaining on site workloads into Microsoft 365, bringing data and collaboration tools into SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. That allowed the business to retire its legacy on premise infrastructure and operate entirely in the cloud.
The project was delivered end to end by Timewade’s technical team, leaving Concorde with a secure, scalable IT platform ready to support future growth. It’s a good example of two established South West businesses working together, with local expertise keeping a longstanding Devon company moving forward.
