Bruton Knowles increases its Southwest presence with new Exeter office

National chartered surveyor firm, Bruton Knowles, has expanded its footprint in the Southwest with the opening of a new office in Exeter.

This marks the company’s 14th base in the UK, strategically enhancing its ability to serve clients in Somerset, Devon, and Cornwall. The new Exeter office is set to bolster Bruton Knowles’ regional presence while supporting the continued growth of its National Building Consultancy Team.

strategic expansion for Bruton Knowles

The opening of the Exeter office is part of a broader strategy by Bruton Knowles to reinforce its service delivery in the Southwest. This move follows a recent office inauguration in Bathpool, Taunton, positioning the firm to provide on-the-door service to both existing and potential clients. Headed by Ed Vereker, the newly appointed Head of Building Consultancy South, the Exeter office is expected to drive the company’s regional growth.

Ed Vereker, who joined Bruton Knowles as a Senior Associate in June, expressed his enthusiasm about leading the new office. “I am very proud to be provided with a dedicated platform to expand Bruton Knowles’ presence in the Southwest to an even greater extent.

“Since joining the firm, it’s been great to see the progress we have made in the region, having also invested in offices in the South with our Wimborne and Taunton locations. Now we must utilise this opportunity to build relationships with existing and potential customers in the area by delivering high-quality service, and I look forward to leading the team to achieve this,” Ed said.
