Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) invites you to join the CHSW Business Club

Children’s Hospice South West has relaunched its CHSW Business Club and invites companies from across the South West to participate in this regional networking opportunity; connecting with likeminded business supporters who care about their community.

The charity, which runs three children’s hospices including Little Bridge House in Barnstaple, launched the CHSW Business Club initiative in 2021 as a way for companies to stay connected during the pandemic.

Since it started, more than 150 members have joined forces to share ideas and raise awareness of their business at special networking events, while their support has also helped CHSW to continue providing vital hospice care for hundreds of local children and their families.

Emma Perry, Head of Fundraising at Little Bridge House said Children’s Hospice South West hoped to reach out to even more businesses – big and small – in 2024.

“As a regional charity, we partner with businesses of all sizes, from family run firms to national brands,” Emma said. “If you join our Business Club you will have the chance to network and share ideas with this inspiring community of likeminded businesses. Members also benefit from coverage on CHSW’s social media channels and receive regular updates about how their support is making a difference.”

CHSW Business Club Events

The charity is holding various CHSW Business Club member events throughout the year with its first one also open to non-members on 12 March at Little Bridge House from 8:00am – 10:00am. This event will provide the opportunity, alongside networking, to hear from CHSW about the care currently being provided to local families by Little Bridge House children’s hospice.

Other events will be happening in Devon throughout the year on 1 July 2024 and 16 October 2024. As a regional Business Club, regular events are also scheduled across Somerset and Cornwall throughout the year too if members wish to attend and make new connections.

Emma continues; “It costs just £300 to join for the year, less than £1 a day, and provides 12 months of opportunities, as well as the knowledge that your business is part of a family of supporters ensuring CHSW is there for local families now and in the future. We hope this year that our CHSW Business Club is going to be bigger and better than ever before and we can’t wait for you to join us.”
