Rediscover Business & Leadership 2026 is returning to Exeter for a second year, bringing together business leaders, technology specialists and international speakers for a two day event at the South Gate Hotel.
Taking place on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November, the conference is organised by KingdomBiz and is aimed at Christians working in business and and anyone who wants to grow their leadership skills. This year’s line up includes Andrew Davies, Chief Innovation Officer at global software company Paddle, alongside Dr Samuel Odewunmi, a University of Exeter researcher and local church pastor.
The event will begin with networking over drinks and conversation on Friday evening, followed by a full programme of talks on Saturday. It follows the first Rediscover Business conference, held in Exeter in 2025 at the former Range building, by the Quayside.
Rediscover Business & Leadership builds on Exeter event

Returning speakers include Steve Pailthorpe of Iconic Digital, international speaker and business strategist Rachel Hickson and Andrew DeGroot of ActionCOACH Exeter.
They will be joined by Andrew Davies and Dr Samuel Odewunmi, while Helen Lami, Operations and Finance Lead at Rediscover Church and CEO of Academic Summer and Living Learning English, will host a panel bringing the speakers together.
Rev Mark Pugh, Lead Pastor of Rediscover Church and General Superintendent of Elim, will speak during the Friday evening programme.
Al Whitmoor-Pryer, founder of KingdomBiz, said: “Rediscover Business & Leadership 2026 exists to help people see how faith and work belong together in the real world. “Last year’s event showed us just how much appetite there is for this in Exeter, and this year we want to bring in new faces who might never have expected to find themselves at an event like this.”

Connecting faith with Exeter’s business community
While the conference has a Christian focus, all are welcome to attend. Its return adds another event to Exeter’s varied business networking calendar, and brings together speakers working in technology, coaching and business strategy.
Rediscover Business & Leadership 2026 builds on connections established at the 2025 conference. Steve Pailthorpe, founder and CEO of Iconic Digital, was keynote speaker at last year’s event, where he spoke about marketing and the growing impact of artificial intelligence on business.
